Google Docs to Moodle Assignment - Folders

  1. Make sure that the folder that you want to submit/share is in the Google Drive and Docs folder that I shared with you.
  2. Click on the link to open Google Drive and Docs
  3. Right-click on the folder that you want to submit/share and select "Share ...",  then "Share ..." again from the slide-out menu
  4. In the "Sharing settings" box that pops-up, you should see "Link to share (only accessible by collaborators)" and  a box with a long, blue-highlighted link.
  5. Right-click on the link and select "Copy" (or Ctrl-C)
  6. Select the "Add Submission" button below.
  7. Paste (Ctrl-V; right-click doesn't work) the link in the Text box below
  8. Put your mouse anywhere on the text and triple-click and the entire link should be selected
  9. Click on the chain (Insert/edit link) button and, in the "Link URL" box/field, Ctrl-V to paste in the link again
  10. In the "Target" dropdown field,  select "Open in new window (_blank)"
  11. Click the "Insert" button and your text should now be blue
  12. You get full marks for a working,  clickable, html link
  13. Click "Submit"/"Save Changes"
